Parlophone Blk/yellow label PCS 7009.
This is a RARE ORIGINAL first press 1966 STEREO ISSUE ( stereo is almost impossible to find now) of The Beatles Revolver. This rare pressing is in absolutely superb condition, with both the vinyl & cover looking awsome.
Mostly these lps are so worn out that you'll find it almost impossible to get one in this condition. This is one of The Beatles most sought after lps on the PARLOPHONE LABEL, an absolute gem.
PARLOPHONE BLK & YELLOW LABEL with 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd' & 'Sold in UK' label text, making this a 1st press.
VINYL - CONDITION - Super glossy thick quality vinyl, which is in superb condition. The Parlophone Blk/Yellow labels have the correct text for a first press, which is 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd' & 'Sold in UK' label text. There is some spider wear no spindel wear. The vinyl has very, very minimal hairlines, when inspected under artificial light, & looks truly stunning. There is a very very small minor 2mm non-feelable scratch on track 6, side 2 - this does not affect the playing of the record. Graded EX.
VINYL - PLAY - There is an un-mistakable sound quality that you can always recognise when a Beatles record is played, & this vinyl is no exception. Lovely audio from the boys, with only some very very light occasional static, but overall a really great,' actually quite fantastic, having just listened to it again' play. NO CLICKS & NO CRACKLE. Graded EX.... and with out doubt the best of 60s vinyl the best medium then and now!!
COVER - The RARE GARROD & LOFTHOUSE cover is one of the best condition I've seen. I think this cover has really been cared for, as it is flat with NO ringwear - the laminate front cover is absolutely stunning with NO laminate lift. The cover is all perfectly intact, with a perfect spine, with all the words clearly visible. The back is clean with absolutely NO writing, marks or tears. The corners & edge only have a very tiny amount of wear, which you would expect for a sleeve of this age, but really still in stunning condition. Graded EX+ if not better.
INNER original plain white inner, excellent condition.
