Description
Very rare, vintage BEATLES GET BACK book from 1969, originally intended to be included in the GET BACK LP box set, available only in Canada. The books were printed before the LP's, however, and when Apple decided to change the name of the album to LET IT BE, they were left with a lot of misfit books on their hands. The books were included in the Canadian set for a limited time, but soon cancelled (if you can find an intact Canadian box set, please let me know!)
Book includes previously unreleased color photographs of THE BEATLES (a few are in black & white), recording in the studio, as well as performing on their rooftop concert--plus a 24-page transcript of THE BEATLES' conversations during the filming of LET IT BE, brainstorming film ideas and critiquing songs during rehearsal.
Measures 8 1/4" x 11". Fair condition. Some small creases near spine, and one short dimple on cover. none are separated from the binding. 100 pages.
