Clearly worded firm spine
The ‘E.J. DAY’ cover is in nice condition. It has been stored in a loft over recent times but given its 40 year old state, is looking very good. It is slightly worn on the corners.
The 1963 UK Parlaphone labels are in nice condition, apart from a name written on one of the record labels, which is quite feint and difficult to see, and is not visible on the photo, which reads ‘Ash Fletcher’. There is also a name written on the back cover in the top right corner, which reads ‘Ash Fletcher’. Everything else is as shown in the photo.
The vinyl has a slight warp in it, which may affect play on more modern players. However, on my Dansette record player of the same era, I have no trouble hearing this first pressing. There is a slight jump on track 3, which is ‘Anna (Go to Him)’. Buyers please note that a heavier pick-up arm may be required to play this record.
