"PLEASE PLEASE ME" b/w "FROM ME TO YOU" VEE-JAY 581
Released January 30, 1964! ULTRA-RARE ORIGINALS! Picture sleeve. Straight-cut top white sleeve with picture of the group and "THE BEATLES" in red. A black and white version of photograph used for Vee-Jay's Introducing The Beatles album appears on the sleeve, which has a white background with the song titles and the Vee-Jay brackets logo in black print.
Rare PURPLE labels with Vee-Jay silver brackets logos and silver prints. Without "VJ" before the record number, publishing information on the four lines on the A side and three lines on the B side. Stamped AudioMatrix logo and hand etched master number 63-2967 and initials RA on the A side. Stamped AudioMatrix and MR logos, hand etched master number 63-3218, job number 47843 and initials RA on the B side. The record was pressed by Southern Plastic, with stamper previously used by Monarch Records.
