The Beatles original picture, record sleeve for the 45 Lady Madonna/The Inner Light from 1968.
Included is the original Beatles Fan Club insert.
Offered is the sleeve only, no record.
In excellent preowned condition, no tears, creases, or splits.  The insert is in excellent clean condition.   Photos look blue but the actual looks purple.  (See photos)
