This is a 1964 U.S. CAPITOL RECORDS MONO PROMO COPY OF THE 1964 LP titled 'Beatles '65' from The Beatles.  It is Capitol Records U.S. catalog number T 2228, with the promo punch out at the top right corner of the cover, black labels with rainbow borders, with its original stock Capitol Records 'Music - Every Way You Like It' inner sleeve.  

Black rainbow label without "subsidiary" rim text. 

The caption ''File Under'' is in black and in the top border.

The rear sleeve has a '3' printed to the left of the RIAA logo at the bottom right corner of the back cover.
