October 1962 UK 45-R 4949
Original 1962 very early first pressing (for stamper details see below) with matrix 7XCE 17144 & 17145 1N stamped in run-outs. The red labels include the "MIGB" statement. There is a ZT Tax Code embossed around the centre of the the B-side label. In the original uncorrected "INSTRUMENTS" misprinted Parlophone sleeve:

Condition:
The scarce Parlophone sleeve features the "Electrical & Musical Instruments" misprint on the back (it should read "Industries" of course). A few of these made it into circulation in 1963 before the error was spotted. There is a little creasing but no wear, tears, splits etc. It has "4949" written neatly at the top, presumably by the original retailer, suggesting this sleeve and disc were originally issued together. In Excellent condition.
The disc is very respectable. Just a couple of spindle traces to B-side, none that I can see on the A-side. Sharp silver print and clean, unfaded red background with no wear. On the A-side there is the name "Glyn" written neatly, the only mark to detract from these otherwise superb labels.
Vinyl surfaces retain all their original shine; there are a few very superficial handling marks on close examination but nothing more. Play is excellent; full, clear mono sound (with no jumping or sticking), a little crackle audible.
Disc conservatively graded in EXCELLENT condition
