Original 1970 Canada Stereo press of LP on Apple label
The Beatles "Let It Be"
This is #SOAL 6351 & comes complete with a 160 page glossy book
LP and the 8 1/2" x 11" book are housed in a cardboard tray,
covered by a slip cover
CONDITION:
OUTER SLIP COVER: VG+
some lite shelf wear/soiling & a few small lite surface marks ~
lite wear / fray to edges & corners ( black paper finish is off at corners
& in several spots along edges )
LP COVER: VG+
lite shelf wear/soiling & very tiny wear to a couple of the corners
small surface paper tear upper right
VINYL: VG/VG+
some lite groovewear & numerous lite surface marks & scratches on both sides ~
all are lite~ superficial surface ~ nothing deep that can be felt with fingertips ~
~ plays with a few occasional lite clicks & some occasional
lite low level surface crackle in several spots
LP NOTE: MFGR ERROR : despite correct label identification, LP has 2 A sides
BOOK: Excellent
a few very fine hairline marks & small lite smudges to front & back covers ~
very minor lite curl to upper front corner & tiny spot of the black finish missing in lower left front
all else looks totally NM ~ nice square page corners ~ clean & sharp ~ nice!
INNER TRAY: VG/VG+
appears that all 4 corners of the well ( where the book sits) have tears ~ 3 of these have been
taped with thin cello tape ( one somewhat sloppily as paper is not connecting) ~ the 4th is not taped &
is just partially torn
INNER WRAP AROUND: VG++ ( this is the inner wrap around that covers book, tray, & lp &
sits just inside the slip cover * the 2nd layer,if you will)
small lite creases & fading to both left & right edges
( fading, i guess from where it was sitting on the shelf, as the slip cover is open at the sides)
