Description
Up for auction is a copy of If I Fell b/w Tell Me Why by The Beatles, released in 1964 on Parlophone cat no DP 562. This is a rare export single, pressed in the UK for distribution in Scandinavia. However, this copy features “Sold In UK” text on the push out centre. Allegedly, a short run of this 45 was pressed up for UK distribution to avoid the re-importing of copies already exported; this copy would appear to be from this run. Copies without this text are pretty rare, but copies *with* this text are a good deal rarer.
Condition: some surface marks on both sides, but nothing “feelable” or affecting play too badly. Occasional clicks/pops but no jumps/sticks. Labels are both fantastic apart from a spindle trail or two. VG.
My grades: I use a 10-point scale following Record Collector’s grading system: M-; EX; VG+; VG; VG-; G+; G; G-; F (fair); P (poor). I never use mint as a grade for used records. I am a long-time (30+ years!) record collector, and play-grade where possible. I don’t use stock photos: the item in pictured here is the item for sale. My feedback from buyers indicates I normally undergrade in listings. Even so, if you have any problems, I'll give you your money back (less shipping costs), no questions asked. Buy with confidence!
