I have collected Beatles records and memorabilia for 55 years, and have sold on Ebay for over 10 years (100% rating).
From my personal collection, this is a still sealed 1964 U.S. United Artists STEREO A HARD DAY'S NIGHT LP, released in June of 1964 - still amazingly factory sealed! This is the rarer STEREO ORIGINAL PRESSING of the LP. This LP is incredibly difficult to find still sealed after 53 years.
The seal is tight all round. There is a very small separation of the wrap in the lower left corner. Other than that, the LP is fully sealed There are four breathe holes apparent in the shrinkwrap - two on the front and two on the back. A 1 3/4"x 1 3/4" original Sears Roebuck "Stereo" store price sticker remains adhered to the shrinkwrap on the upper right corner of the front cover. The print, graphics, and red background are bright and bold. The whites are still clean. The spine is clear and the dark print is complete. This is most likely an East Coast pressing as indicated by a tiny "3" located in the lower right corner of the back cover. The package is "heavy", indicating an early pressing of the LP.
