with "The Parlophone ...." text on the label rim, "Sold in the UK .... text"
and "Recording first published ..... " text on labels.
Cover: Garrod & Lofthouse non-gatefold cover with laminated front and unlaminated rear with triple flip-backs. Stereo logo on front cover. No writings, doodles or seam splits. Small piece missing from front cover. Front is 'Good' only and the rear is 'Excellent' - see photos.
Inner sleeve: Original EMI poly-lined inner sleeve is Excellent+.
Labels: VG+ - see scans. No writings, doodles or stickers.
Vinyl: Play tested. Thick heavy duty 1st pressing vinyl. Looks Good with some hairlines/marks but plays much better than it looks at VG+. No skips or jumps and only light background crackle on the run-in, in the quiet places and between tracks. These 1st pressing Parlophone records really do stand the test of time - played a lot but still has loads of play left in it.

Gradings.......
Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratches.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and more significant scratches.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
