Description

The Beatles A Hard Day's Night Original 1964 UK Mono LP ..

Parlophone PMC 1230 .. "sold in the UK" label text, with both labels showing a ridged groove/raised edge 1cms in from edge of label and 4cms from centre hole .. 

Rare example noticably different from the usual Parlophone pressings which have a totally flat label, this one would be a contract press sourced out or manufactured on a totally different machine the label edges are grooved and raised which can be felt if run your finger over it which I've shown in the pictures, labels are clean and well presented in EX condition, record in VG condition plays well, laminated flipback sleeve has a near perfect straight spine with a clear front facing couple light foxing marks on the back VG+/EX- condition, complete with the original "Use Emitex" lined inner, Very hard to find I've not seen another one like this
