Description
I am ofering up for auction a very rare German Import of the Beatles for Sale (1964 Release) with no reserve price. The record label is Odeon SMO 83790. This is the original release from 1964 and not the later re-issue. This is a rare and highly collectible album for any serious Beatle collector or record collector to have in their collection. This LP has the inner sleeve as well and the complete set is in very nice shape. Please message me with any questions or additional details you need.
LABEL: The label on the vinyl is white, gold, and red and has YEX 142 and YEX 143 and German writing on it.The record cover has the Odeon label along with the gold "Stereo" sticker on it. The inner sleeve is the original that came with the album.
VINYL: The vinyl is in very good shape. It has a couple of light scratches on it. It is very clean. No scribbling or names written on it. I do not have a record player so I have not tried to play it.
Matrix # YEX-142-1 and YEX-143-1.
Year: 1964
Record Cover: The cover is in good shape. Their is a 3" split on the top seam in the center of top seam. The cornerbottom right corner is seperated about 1/4 ". The picture is very clean on the front. On the back there is evidence of a ring mark from the vinyl on the top half of the sleeve. Overall this cover is in good shape. There is no scribbling on it.
Inner Sleeve: Is all original and has a 4" seperation on the right side near the middle. There is no markings or other tears on it. Would rate it excellent but since the seperation im saying very good.
