1964 Earliest 1st Stereo UK pressing of "BEATLES FOR SALE" on the yellow and black Parlophone label.
"The Parlophone ...." text on the label rim, "Sold in the UK text" and "Recording first published on labels.
Cover: Excellent. This is the 1st pressing gatefold cover which is laminated outside (unlaminated inside) with the record inserted from inside, with the inner flip-backs at the top and bottom and the outline STEREO text on the front cover. No writings/doodles or seam splits. Has some fairly minor wear to the corners/edges/spine.
Inner sleeve: Emitex poly-lined inner sleeve is Excellent+. One small seam split.
Labels: Excellent. Both sides just have some initials in red on the £ logo on both sides.
Vinyl: Play tested. Looks VG to VG+ with quite a few light hairlines but amazingly it plays Excellent to Excellent+. Fabulous sound with no skips/jumps and barely any background noise/clicks. A real testimony to the durability of these UK first pressings. Sounds great in stereo.

Gradings.......
Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
