Description
Fantastic Apple rarity. An original acetate bought at Sotheby's or Phillips or Christies in the 80s. Featuring Mortimer with Dedicated Music Man. This was one of the tracks Mortimer cut at Apple,produced by Peter Asher,and intended as part of an album but which were never released following cut-backs by Allen Klein. The New York group were particular favourites of Paul's,and had previously issued this track(a different recording) in 1967,issued on Philips here.This is a one-sided acetate with only minor marks which do not affect play....it plays perfectly,all the way through. The Apple Custom Recording label is in excellent condition; Mortimer has been written in different ink to Dedicated Music Man(which is faint on the pic but clearly visible in reality).
