Vinyl is only a decent VG. It looks well played, with a lot of light marks, and both sides play with no jumps or sticks, but with a light crackle.
Stampers:-
A-Side KT 7 GRAB-Side KT 3 GAD (also something crossed out above the "D")
But it's not really the vinyl you'll be interested in....

This record turned up when I was looking through my old Beatles singles for the first time in a number of years. I immediately noticed that the labels were not as they should be, according to the various reference books I had to hand. I also searched the internet and could not find any further information about it.
As you can see from the scans of the two labels, ALL text on these labels is in BLOCK CAPITALS. This is just plain wrong for this particular record; although some Beatles singles had the rim text in capitals, this was not one of these... and NO Beatles single should have all the text in capitals.
I asked some experts what they thought (see http://z10.invisionfree.com/BeatlesCollecting/index.php?showtopic=552 ), and they have not come up with a definitive answer, although they agree that it is not a counterfeit, and that it is a definite rarity.
I can't give you any explanation beyond what I've written above, so, while I'm perfectly willing to respond to any questions, I may not be able to give any definite answers.
As I know so little about it, it is difficult to put a price on it, so I'm starting the bidding at a fairly low £9.99, and we'll see what happens. Please don't ask me to end the auction early, as I won't do so.
