The Beatles - 'Yellow Submarine'. PMC 7070
The Beatles 1969 MONO UK ODEON EXPORT pressing of the 'Yellow Submarine' album. Released on the 17th January 1969, this incredibly rare export issue features ODEON EXPORT STICKERED VINYL AND SLEEVE.
Released on the dark UK Apple label both sides feature the ‘Sold in UK….’ text. Each side features a large gold foil Odeon sticker with the rear cover also featuring a sticker covering the Apple Records logo. These indicate this was destined for export out of the UK to a country in which the Apple trademark was not registered or recognised. The vinyl is housed within the original black die cut inner sleeve and the correct and original MONO (PMC 7070) sleeve with two horizontal red lines on the rear. The matrix numbers on both sides of the vinyl are the very earliest produced with both ending in 1. Each side also has some of the very earliest produced stampers again beginning in 1 (see below for full details). A incredibly rare issue of this album. I have failed to ever find a documented example. This would appear to be a currently undocumented variation.

The vinyl is in VERY GOOD+ condition.
Both labels are in EXCELLENT+ condition.
The sleeve is in VERY GOOD+ condition. But name written neatly to the rear. Gold Odeon sticker has lost much of its red print but can still be seen.
The inner sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition. I shall include an additional inner sleeve to protect the original.
