Description
This is the original UK LP by the BEATLES, RUBBER SOUL, originally issued in 1965, this is the RARE 1968 STEREO pressing on the Black and Yellow PARLOPHONE label PCS 3075, this was the very last STEREO pressing of Rubber Soul with "Sold in the UK" label credits on the Black and Yellow PARLOPHONE label, shortly after, EMI pressed the 1969 Yellow and Black PARLOPHONE label pressing WITHOUT "Sold in the UK" label credits., the label's have "GRAMOPHONE CO.LTD" rim credits, and "Sold on the UK" label credits. Matrix numbers are, SIDE 1:- YEX 178-3, SIDE 2:- YEX 179-3, EMI stamper codes are, SIDE 1:- 2 / GL, SIDE 2:- 2 / GP, the LP comes complete with it's original 1968 EMI inner sleeve.
The original 1968 UK Garrod and Lofthouse flipback cover STEREO cover is in EX+++/M- condiiton, lovely and clean and crisp, the back is lovely and white, their is no unwanted writing, and no seam splits, the spine is fully intact, broad, and perfectly readable, a STUNNING cover!.
The vinyl is in a STUNNING MINT- condition!, maintaining all it's original gleaming shine and lustre, this vinyl has been played, but only 2-3 times maximum, and has been handled with extreme care, and the respect and due attention it deserves, the vinyl is very near in PERFECT MINT condition!!!!!!, WOW WHAT A BEAUTY!!!!!!!!!!.
The label's are in EX+++ condition, showing only very minimal wear, their is no unwanted writing, and no scuffs, the spindal hole shows only minimal wear, with a few small very light spider marks around it on both sides. There is no TAX mark embossed on either side of the label's, indicating this is a 1968 pressing.
The original 1968 EMI inner sleeve is in EX+++ condition, lovely and clean, their is no unwanted writing, and no seam splits.
Altogether a STUNNING copy of this original 1968 UK LP, RUBBER SOUL, STEREO, the RARE last Black and Yellow PARLOPHONE pressing, WITH "Sold in the UK" label credits, the vinyl is a collectors dream!
