Description
Original vinyl copy of The Beastie Boys License to Ill LP. 1986 Def Jam Records. Rare first pressing BFC 40238, Gatefold cover. Vinyl is in excellent condition, plays great, a couple of small scratches that don't affect play keep it from being NM. Includes original paper inner sleeve with band photo and thanks to list. Outer jacket is in excellent condition, spine is intact with little if any wear, corners are strong, very slight ring wear at top, some wrinkling along open edge. Gatefold with band photo. Overall a great item for the collector.

"In the 1980s, there also were albums with three letters, usually "BFC"; these are early pressings of certain LPs that were released at a lower list price. If they became popular, they were re-released without the "B" (as "FC") with a revised bar code (usually adding an "02" to the number on the back) and a higher price."
