BEACH BOYS RARE Picture Sleeve & 45 "COUNTY FAIR" b/w "TEN LITTLE INDIANS"  from 1962.

This rare Picture Sleeve is graded Mint, perfectly flat actually it looks Brand NEW! I've never seen one in this near Perfect condition!

The Vinyl looks to be Near Mint, a small number sticker is on one label but can easily be removed (I'm not messing with it)
