Description
You are bidding for a genuine 12” stereo
BBC TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES LP containing
STEREO POP SPECIAL – 84(i) and (ii) (CN 2175/S).
This POP SPECTACULAR LP,
which was issued in January 1975, features two programmes
recorded at the Golders Green Hippodrome Theatre.
LESLEY DUNCAN and SPLINTER
The LESLEY DUNCAN tracks are:
MY SOUL; SAM; LOVE SONG; THE SERF;
EARTH MOTHER and SING CHILDREN SING
THE SPLINTER tracks are:
CHINA LIGHT; THE PLACE I LOVE; LONELY MAN;
WHITE SHOE WEATHER; COSTAFINE TOWN;
SILVER; SPLITCROW ROAD and WHAT IS IT
Original, slightly stained and creased BBC continuity sheets are included.
There is a catalogue number written on the back of the record sleeve.
The disc plays well, but has two 40mm long scratches on
the SPLINTER side, that look worse than they are.
Both sides are noisy pressings.
