 Basil Kirchin-Worlds Within Worlds LP ( Columbia SCX 6463) Cover: EX (virtually M-, but I'll err on the side of caution), Vinyl: EX

Avant Garde mega-rarity alert! Not only is this album the rarest and most desirable piece by experimental electronic music master Kirchin, but the copy at hand here (along with four other LP's I'm selling: Free Agents, Frank Kollges, Jef Gilson & Weramean/Missus Beastly) is the very copy that Steven Stapleton included on the revered Nurse With Wound list, having been purchased as part of a large haul of records from Stapleton circa summer '04). This was the 1971 predecessor to Kirchin's much more well known/distrbuted Worlds Within Worlds Pts. 3 & 4 and involves a similar universe of grotesquely morphed and pitched sonic treatments, only here, legendary improvisors like Derek Bailey and Evan Parker are to be found growling, plinking and spluttering amidst this melee, making this a monster rarity for fans/followers of them as well.

Payment is expected within 7 days after the end of the auction. Payment is via paypal only, as per ebay's fascistic new policy directives. Shipping within the U.S. for one LP is $4 (which is absolutely absurd for priority, but ebay's imbecilic rules regarding price caps on flat rate priority shipping force me to lose money here), which includes shipment in new boxes with new inserts.
