Description

A must for the Basil Kirchin, Experimental/Avant Garde music and Progressive Rock collector, this is the very rare “World Within Worlds, Parts 3 & 4” on Island, HELP 18, Black label with pink “I,” UK pressing from 1974.  Cover is VG+ with slight ring wear front and back, and a BB hole in the upper right corner.  Upper and lower right corners are slightly bent, spine and all edges are clean and complete with no damage. Disc looks unplayed with no damage to grooves or spindle marks, plays well with minimal background noise. Kirchin received high praise from Brian Eno who writes in the liner notes that Kirchin “Not only discovered a whole new area of sound, but…exploited it with extreme skill and sensitivity, producing beautiful and evocative music as well.”  A great piece for fans of Nurse with Wound, Residents, Aphex Twin, and industrial, new jazz, experimental, psychedelic, spacey music as well as any musically adventurous listener. Shipping, packaging, and handling is $4.50 media mail in the USA.  (I welcome international bidders, e-mail me for rates). Insurance is extra and I will combine auctions to save on costs. Please email me before paying if you buy multiple items, or need special arrangements.  I accept paypal, money orders and ?....at your risk. Please contact me about other payment options. International bidders must pay with Paypal. I am not responsible for lost packages without delivery confirmation nor damaged items without insurance. I grade my LPs visually-I am not able play every one of them from start to end. But if I see something suspicious I DO playgrade those spots, otherwise my grading is based on what I see using the Record Collectors Guild grading guidelines.
