Description

Here is a lovely UK vinyl copy of Badfinger's critically acclaimed Straight Up on first press Apple from 1972.
Both of these delightful Apple labels are in lovely unmarked EX condition with no writing or sticker damage and barely any indication of play; there is little sign of any spindle marks and certainly no wear around the spindle hole, denoting very little usage over the years.
Both sides of the first press 'PORKY'/'PECKO'-etched vinyl with A-1U/B-1U matrices are also in EX condition with only the lightest of surface marks visible when examined under strong halogen lighting.
This thick slab of vinyl plays through beautifully, all the way through, both sides, without skips or jumps, delivering terrific warm audio - music of the highest quality.
The disc is housed in its original Apple inner sleeve with copyright warning.

The mirror-finish fully laminated single cover with factory-pinched end spine is in lovely VG condition with no unwanted writing, tears or sticker damage and some creasing here and there, some tiny chipping, bottom right corner wear and some print loss along the sticky unlaminated extreme edges of the sleeve (please see photos).
Good luck if you are bidding - I carefully pack vinyl using professional packaging and post with the disc removed from the sleeve to prevent knifing during transit.
