Reasons to choose Amber Tree.*For every record we list on Ebay, we discard a dozen others so our Ebay customers get the very best albums we find.
*Each record, listed as a single item, has been listened to, all the way through! We do not just listen to small samples but every second, from beginning to end, with double albums as well as single albums!
*We do not use library or stock photos. We take at least two pictures of every album listed and often, many more than this, so that you can see exactly what you are buying..
*Records are graded according to the standard Record Collector grading system. We aim for accurate grading and our feedback is proof that we usually get this spot on. If we do make a mistake, you are protected by our no quibble guarantee.
*All albums are posted in a premium quality mailer, with 2 stiffeners and a Fragile with care label. Small bundles are packed in an appropriate cruciform mailer.
*All albums sold individually are provided with a complimentary PVC cover to protect your investment.
*Items are posted every day, except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
*We think our customer service is second to none. We will always be polite and courteous. We will always respond to emails within 24 hours and usually much earlier.
*If you are purchasing an item worth over £30
This must be sent by Special Delivery in the UK (please check for price which depends on weight) or by International Signed For which costs the quoted postage plus £5.70 to Europe and the rest of the World. This will provide you with the reassurance that in the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, you will receive a full refund of all your costs.
* We value our customers from the UK and abroad and want to know what you think. Let us know what you would like us to sell and let us know what you want from us as a company. And finally...
A big thank you to all Amber Tree customers!
