The signed sleeve (see photo) is EX it is clean all the edges are sharp and the spine text is sharp and clear, the labels are in near mint and the viyl is overall a strong EX as it has a light scuff on the last track of Side 1 on this 1976 UK Deroy private pressing issue DER 301 by Baby Sunshine - by  Ian Scott Massie, Roger MC Kone and Viv Ellis a really nice rare album that very rarely comes up for sale
