You are bidding here on 2 x wonderfully rare picture vinyl singles of the B52s "Rock Lobster".
Island Records released these 2 fab rectangle shaped '45s in 1979 and I have never seen them anywhere else ever again! As the 'B' side is Planet Claire, Island brought out the planet picture disc as well ... The are catalogued BFTL1 and BFTP1 respectively - an educated guess is that the 'L' is for lobster and the 'P' is for Planet (Duh!)
They are in gorgeous playing condition - they were display only for many years and in the last 10yrs or so stored away with all my other Vinyl wonders =^..^=
The Planet Claire picture disc has fine crack (on one side only - as pictured) which is in the centre and NOT in the playing area.
God aren't they just gorgeous!! I'm sure you Vinyl Junkies out there can appreciate 'the love' :o)
