All records are visually graded. We're generally pretty picky and pretty much any flaw worth mentioning is pointed out.

GRADING: Records are visually graded. Grades are always shown cover first and then vinyl.

EX (Excellent) – A well handled, used record. Some light wear may show, but no major flaws – We do not use MINT or NEAR MINT for used items. Our EX is generally others Near Mint

VG+ (Very Good Plus) – Some general play/handling wear and/or scuffing. Cover might have rub/ring wear, bumped corner(s), etc, but nothing major. Some light lead in noise and maybe some in quiet passages.

VG (Very Good) – Heavier wear will have more handling and/or flaws and/or creasing on cover and some surface noise on vinyl. No skips or major gouges, but some noise will be heard There may be additional pluses and minuses added to these grades for more accurate grading, and we are pretty picky graders.

We use the following with + or - to more accurately grade items.

We also use DS (Dead Stock) - An unplayed copy record, but this could mean left over stock from our old distro, old store stock we’ve picked up to resell, or copies stored in a band member's closet for 25 years. Although dead stock means it should be unplayed, poor storage conditions and other factors sometimes make them less than "mint".

Other keys to listings and abbreviations:

-If a listing is noted like this -/EX that means the picture sleeve is missing.

-NS/EX means no picture sleeve was issued when released

-OOP = Out of Print

-WOC or WOL = Writing on cover or writing on label

-SOC or SOL = Sticker on cover or sticker on label...usually a price sticker

We gladly combine shipping for multiple wins. Combined shipping NOT available for items not paid for and shipped together. Multiple wins must end within 3 days of each other to be grouped together.

All records are shipped with the vinyl outside of the cover, except for sealed items. We will only open and separate sealed items at your request, and after you’ve paid for them. All records are shipped securely in record mailers or at least with plenty of cardboard reinforcement. We have never had a record damaged in shipping due to our packaging in about 20 years of mailing records.
