Description of the record:

This is a double vinyl album by “The Avalanches” called “Since I left you”. The gatefold sleeve has been graded as VG; some minor wear. The records have been removed from the gatefold sleeve to prevent any damage occurring to the gatefold sleeve or records. The records have been pressed in black vinyl and have both been graded as Mint. This is the original Australian release on the “Modular Recordings” label from 2000. It was released 6 months before XL Recordings repress; catalogue number MODVL004. The matrixes are MODVL004 A3, MODVL004 B3, MODVL004 C3 and MODVL004 D3. The running order is laid out below:

The records were graded using a Linn Adikt cartridge combined with a Gyger 2 stylus through an audiophile system. For grading definitions see the bottom of this advert.

Guarantee:

Having played the records all the way through I guarantee the person who buys the records will not be disappointed; taking the grading into account. However if the item does not meet with the customers expectation then a full refund will be given if the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent. The refunding of postage and packaging will depend on the nature of the dissatisfaction.

Packaging:

The records will be packaged appropriately to prevent any damage from occurring during transit. The records have removed from the gatefold outer sleeve to prevent any damage occurring to the gatefold outer sleeve during transit.

Posting times:

Items will be posted the next working day after payment has been received or cleared.

Combining Postage & Packaging:

If more than one item is purchased, where possible, postage and packaging will be combined to give the cheapest and most appropriate postal option.

Cash payments:

I do not accept cash for this item unless it is being collected in person.

Feedback:

I only give feedback after I’ve received it. This is because I need to know that the buyer is satisfied with the product before I can give feedback. If they are not satisfied with the product then there will be other issues to deal with such as refunds; return of product etc.

M = Mint

M sleeve: No wear of any kind to the sleeve.

M record: No wear what so ever to the record. Any mint records in this collection will have been played only a handful of times.

Ex = Excellent

Ex sleeve: Some slight wear to the cover; some impression to the cover; no seam splits.

Ex record: Minimal wear; some scuffs; record plays close to perfect.

VG = Very Good

VG sleeve: Some ageing; minor wear to seams or spine; corners may be dog eared.

VG record: Some surface scratching; some back ground noise but not obtrusive.

Gd = Good

Gd sleeve: Cover in poor condition; seam splits; tears.

Gd record: Surface scratching; back ground noise is obtrusive.
