Artist in Residence is offering a special treat for those of you on ebay, by placing an autographed copy of one of the first limited edition issues of In a Frozen Sea up for auction. Each issue is foil stamp numbered out of 5000.

You are specifically bidding on number 0035/5000.

The limited edition vinyl LP collector's set of In a Frozen Sea, contains a re-pressing of three classic Sigur Ros albums: Agaetis Byrjun, ( ), and Takk. This special edition also includes Smaskifa, which has never before been released in a 12" vinyl format. These LPs (7 pieces of vinyl total) come encased in a hard cover book and slip into seven customized vinyl sleeves. This collector's set is limited to 5000 units and includes the classic 32 page publication which is filled with original photography and interviews taken during the Takk world tour.

In addition to the release, www.ainr.com offers a virtual web playground constructed for Sigur Ros’ fans, peers and friends.
