I checked this LP out pretty thoroughly and discovered it to be an authentic mono LP produced by the Vee-Jay record label. The blank back makes it especially collectible. The record jacket is in amazingly good condition. The vinyl record itself is in pristine condition. The white sleeve is the only thing that is not in good condition. An expert (I don’t want to use his name without permission) on Rock ‘n’ Roll memorabilia from the Antiques Road Show admitted its worth to be as much as $1200, but I have found some estimates placing its worth at possibly $2000. The definitive book for this album is-“Songs, Pictures and Stories of the Fabulous Beatles-Records On Vee-Jay” by Bruce Spizer. The website: Eskimo.com has a comprehensive list of items to use in verifying authenticity. This one passed on all points to be a genuine recording by Vee-Jay. I welcome any specific questions. I will also be happy to take close-up pix of certain areas if asked and email them. Obviously, anyone spending this much money will want to make sure it is the real deal.
