 NM VINYL/ VG++++++ cover (only fault an almost unnoticed 2cm seam split), see photo 5 and get out your magnifying glass......

This is the  sought after  and rare pressing,  in a Gatefold cover Stock Code YDD 7902. HENCE IT WEIGHS OVER 500GM TO POST, SO POST IS EXPENSIVE EVEN THOUGH IT IS A SINGLE DISC. Label is factory printed "Not for Sale" and I suspect was a Yamaha dealer LP only (????), for demo purposes

 I suspect  "Not for Sale"  WOULD make this a fairly low pressing or limited distribution lp, of very high quality, and from my complete test play, VERY good reproduction

Released by Yamaha  digitally. Final master disc produced on a neumann sx 74 cutter head. There is no reference as to a release date anywhere on this "Not For Sale" lp (that wording preprinted on the label both sides). Insert sheet states it has been specifically produced as an audio systems test record.  I suspect for use in yamaha dealer showrooms (??)  It has an earlier stock number than my other yamaha LP Auction, and that was released in 1980, so this probably no later than 1980.

Cover is extra nice, very heavy card, beautiful artwork, one 2cm bottom seam split, almost unnoticeable, no other bends or edge wear  Rated vg++.

LP I detect no replay anomolies, SAMPLED AS IS, NOT washed and test played as audibly like new. no visible marks in sunlight

Sample is random sections for about a minute from each side, with a 20 second gap while I flip the disc. (5+ minutes total sample)

As you can hear,  very clean, the rest plays no worse than this.

Here is a purpose recorded digital recording audio test record featuring a full orchestrated composition, rather than the usual test pressing of odd noises.........

LP CONDITION NM (fully professional washed and full test play)paper scuffs in sunlight,  Very hard to find anything here even in sunlight.

PLAYS FAULTLESSLY, and only very occasional non repetetive tics as per normal vinyl replay. There is NO rotational spindle marks on label of  LP (SEE Supersize photo's)

COVER CONDITION  NM, NO damage  (see Photos), no seam splits, no corner or shelf wear.

DUST JACKETS plain plastic undamaged.
