Notes

Rafi in the title is a reference to the late Mohammed Rafi, a Bollywood playback singer.
"Assassin" is based on the story of Udam Singh A.K.A. Mohammed Singh Azad who on 1939 avenged the 1919 Amritsar massacre at assassinating the Punjab's ex-govenor General Colonel O'Dwyer.
