Description

This is Blue Note Records LT-1088, Art Blakey Africaine, a test pressing of this wonderful recording. A test pressing of this piece has never shown up on Popsike or anywhere else I have looked. Truly rare and unique. The record is in near mint condition showing no signs of wear and playing quietly throughout. The generic cover has  the session information on loose pages front and back. I added personnel written in pen on the back sheet. The labels are excellent. The record was played on a Linn Sondek LP12 and cleaned on a VPI 17. This is an excellent collector's grade copy of this rare, unique recording. Please check our other listings as we discount shipping for multiple wins. Thanks for looking.
