POST AUCTION CONTACT:
Please contact us within 3 business days after the auction closes and let me know your shipping address, method of payment and your timing. If we do not hear from you within 10 calendar days of the auction close date we will consider you non-responsive and eBay will be contacted for full refund of the transaction fees (along with the any other actions they may take).

SHIPPING/HANDLING:
Canada Post handles all shipping unless agreed to otherwise. Shipping costs of our items may vary according to weight, where it's being mailed, method of delivery and any other extra services that you need. Weight will vary depending on whether it's a gatefold, heavy vinyl, double/triple LP, number of inserts, available packaging, etc. Shipping costs should not exceed amounts listed below.

FINAL SHIPPING PRICE FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS, IN GREATER QUANTITIES THAN INDICATED ON THE CHART LISTED BELOW, WILL BE QUOTED DEPENDING ON DESTINATION AND WEIGHT OF THE ITEMS WON PLUS PACKAGING COSTS.

Proof of delivery available only with registration. Additional insurance is available but we must declare full value on declaration (please confirm). See more details below.

All items are sent by Canada Post and are packaged securely in suitable containers. Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for any delayed, lost or damaged packages sent by Canada Post and/or your country's mail service unless you register the package. Registration allows for a tracking number and includes basic insurance coverage of US$60 (but this amount must be declared). Please note, for shipment to other than Canadian locations, registration means that all packages must have the full value indicated on the customs declaration form. Therefore you must let us know if you want insurance, and what $$$ amount.

I truly apologize for the usurious postage rates from Canada Post, particularly when a single LP that is a gatefold or has heavy vinyl. It does not take much for an LP, with sufficient packaging to go over 500 grams. When this happens, it almost doubles the airmail costs. So please read the postage chart below very carefully before you bid. I have endeavoured to be as accurate and fair as possible. Please do not tell me how much it cost to ship from the U.S.; or some other low postage country. One good thing is that the service is reliable and any international shipment is automatically covered with insurance for up to CAD$100.00 (must declare full value of shipment). See note* on value declaration below.

It is strongly recommended that you register/insure your packages or otherwise we (and Canada Post in particular) cannot take responsibility for problems. Obviously, the more valuable the package, the more you should consider insuring it (however it is very much your choice; and your risk). Also, for packages sent to apartments and to addresses where packages may be left in common areas, it is very strongly suggested that you register the shipment. This forces your Post Office to get a signature (whether it is yours, or not, is always uncertain). Obviously registration slows down delivery timing somewhat.

Note: As a default we will declare the full value of the shipment in CAD$$$. Please let us knowotherwise. However, if we indicate a lower number, any claims will only be for the declared value.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Paypal is preferred. Also accepted IMO's in US$ or CAD$ only, US/Cdn cash by registered/regular mail (your risk) or a check drawn on a U.S. or Canadian bank (must wait 7 to 10 business days to clear). Canadian customers can pay exchange at time of auction closing. Payment by any other method may delay shipment until processed. Payment by credit cards (in U.S. $) can be processed through the on-line payment companies (Paypal [preferred] and Bidpay )

GRADING:
Items checked visually. We endeavour to be as accurate as possible. Please see my eBay About Me Page.

All Sales are final. Returns are possible but you must contact us and explain problem. We will then issue a return authorization, using the eBay transaction number as a reference. Postage is not refundable. Conditions like you don't like the music, or I made a mistake are not acceptable reasons for return. PLEASE MAKE SURE FIRST THAT THIS IS THE LP YOU WANT. A note regarding shipping; we will make sure that we send out the correct item, in the stated condition, in the most secure packaging, please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for damage in shipment, however it has happened.
