Description
This is an old record book titled Kiddie Record Album that contains six antique children’s records.
Three of these The Three Little Kittens, Old King Cole, and Jack and Jill are “Picture records” and are part of the original set.
The next two; The Book That Sing’s Where Are You Going To My Pretty Maid and Sweet Birdie Polka were produced by Harper Columbia and Little Wonder (respectively) and are from around the same time period. Last is a two sided Christmas record titled The Night Before Christmas dated 1929
Unfortunately I am unable to test them on my turntable. Upon visual examination, however, they appear to be in good used condition with only a few light scratches here and there. I tried to take pictures of them but it’s hard ti tell anything due to the glare.
The book itself is made out of thick card stock-like paper that due to it’s extreme age is brittle and delicate
The Kiddie Rekord Company was only in business for one year, making these rare and hard to find
