This is the very scarce re-issue (not as scarce as the 10" LP original though) issued on the Golden Guinea Jazz Series - catalogue number GGL 0316.  The vinyl is in very excellent condition with a couple of light surface marks on it as well as little spindlewear.  The sleeve is also in excellent condition except for a name written in blue ink on the rear of the sleeve.
