Description

This is the original Van Gelder-stamped “P”-pressing of Andrew Hill “Point of Departure” on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BLP 4167. The playing surface has a peculiar superficial patterning that has no effect on the audio – plays as new; labels have a very thin strip at the edge. The cover has the New York 23 address and is bright and clean throughout; 1” crease at the lower left corner of the front; small tax stamp at the upper right corner of the back. Personnel include Kenny Dorham, Eric Dolphy, Joe Henderson, Richard Davis, and Tony Williams. We do not accept PayPal.
