e © AP6.0 Here's a super clean copy of Amon Duul's first lp on the original Metronome label (Pre Green Brain) pressed in 1969. The catalogue number for this is Metronome MLP 15.332 In the run out groove area (where the matrix numbers are) there is a mechanically stamped print date of 1969. The gatefold cover is in VG++ condition. There are some creases to the left near the spine...and a ding at the upper left area of the cover. The back cover has a bit of ring wear that hasn't went through the lamination yet... These flaws are minor though.... (see scans) The vinyl is a conservative VG++ condition also. A few hairline sleeve scuffs are visible when graded under a very bright light source. Not deep enough to affect play. The music is high energy aggressive rock with raw grating guitars and wailing vocals. Considerably more frantic then their later releases. This German Krautrock original sounds a lot better than the American Prophecy release. Thanks for looking and good luck.
