Amigos de Maria / Rock LP
Chile Original Pressing Odeon LDC-36809 MONO, 1973.
CVR: VG+(+). Plastic bag shows moderate wear and looks nice.
REC: Side A plays fine with light background noise and sounds excellent. It is in Very Good condition. Disc shows wear and has scuff and tiny hairlines. In Side B the needle jumps in B-4 (J.C.fogerty cover) one time. The other tracks play OK with strong sound. Side B label has a tiny handwritting mark. This side is in Fair condition. I list this item because this LP is really very hard to find in any condition, and it is a very rare album with south american original psycodelic sound. Side one begins with the track "vuelve a comenzar" (belongs to Amigos de Maria) and it is a hard psycho rock with a lot of fuzz guitar solos. I think this is the more interesant track of this album as an example of earlier 70's chile rock escene. Side B includes rock and roll standarts. Tracking list: Vuelve a comenzar, La carta (Carson-Thompson), Guitarra (derechos reservados), Que dije (Ray Charles), Ruta 66 (Bob Troup), Sally la larga (johnson), Quien parara la lluvia (J.C.Fogerty).
