This listing is for an original first pressing of the classic All Saved Freak Band album Sower.
This is my favorite ASFB album. The songs are awesome!
Sower is by far the rarest ASFB album. It was released after the band stopped touring and moved to a new state. It almost never comes up for sale. One source reported that only 50 copies were made. I believe it. I’ve been following EBay, record catalogs, and magazines for over 20 years and I have can count on one hand how many copies of Sower I have seen for sale. I’m torn about even selling it.
The cover is EX and the vinyl is a strong VG+ or weak EX. It plays extremely well!
The cover is nice with a few spots of dirt. See pictures. Includes original inner sleeve and poster of Larry Hill’s so called “visions”
The album is extremely glossy and clean. It has 4-6 very thin light surface marks on each side. Most would call this EX, but I grade very conservatively and call it strong VG+. No marks are deep and they do not affect play. The album lays flat and is not warped. It plays super well!
