Description
ALICE COOPER – TRASH
1989 US ORIGINAL • GOLD STAMP PROMO • EPIC OE 45137
A killer NM/NM promotional copy of the album that launched Alice Cooper straight back into the center of late-’80s hard rock.
This is the original 1989 U.S. Epic vinyl pressing, distinguished by the gold promotional stamp on the rear cover. Unlike a later reissue, this is a period promotional copy from the album’s original release.
Vinyl: NM
Cover: NM
Produced by hitmaker Desmond Child, Trash paired Alice with an all-star cast and delivered one of the biggest comeback records of his career.
Anchored by the monster hit “Poison,” the album also includes “House of Fire,” “Bed of Nails,” “Only My Heart Talkin’,” “Spark in the Dark” and the title track “Trash.”
The sessions feature an impressive roster of guests and collaborators, including Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora, Kip Winger, Kane Roberts and Guy Mann-Dude, making this a great crossover piece for collectors of late-’80s hard rock and glam metal.
