Exciting news! New Zealand musician and songwriter Aldous Hardin g is releasing her fifth album, " Train on the Island " , on May 8. This 10-track record was lovingly co-produced with her long-time collaborator John Parish (known for working with PJ Harvey, Dry Cleaning, Sparklehorse) at the cozy Rockfield Studios in Monmouth, Wales. It's special because they also recorded Harding's previous albums: " Party" (2017), " Designer" (2019), and " Warm Chris" (2022). The album features a wonderful array of talented musicians, including pedal steel player Joe Harvey-Whyte, harpist Mali Llywelyn, synth artist Thomas Poli, drummer Sebastian Rochford from Polar Bear, and Huw Evans of H. Hawkline, contributing across bass, vocals, acoustic and electric guitar, and organ. Tracklist: 1. I Ate The Most 2. One Stop 3. Train On The Island 4. Worms 5. Venus In The Zinnia feat. H Hawkline 6. If Lady Does It 7. San Francisco 8. What Am I Gonna Do? 9. Riding That Symbol 10. Coatsprice rating
