Description

I worked at a small radio station in the 60s.  ESP along with other record labels sent us promotional copies of their new releases.  This copy of Spiritual Unity was one of the promotional copies we received.  It did not fit with our programming but it was interesting especially the cover art so it was placed in our library, hence the “J94” filing number.  This was pre personal computer.  During a purge of our library a couple of years later, Spiritual Unity along with hundreds of other albums were offered to the staff, first come first serve.  Because I liked the cover art, I selected this copy of Spiritual Unity. It’s been in my record/Vinyl collection since.  You can see from the photos that the cover has no tears or excessive wear.  There is some discoloration due to age but no stains.  There is that “J94” however.  The record has no scratches or smudges. When I shine a bright light across it I can see a few faint wear marks probably caused by taking it out of the sleeve.  Background clicks and other noise are very limited.  I doubt the album has been played more than 20 times.  I’ve owned it for more than 50 years and I’ve only played it a few times and then only in small parts   I’ve never listened to all of it.  It’s not really my taste.  It was not played at the radio station aside from when it arrived and was deemed to not be our kind of music.   I suspect a few people listened to parts of it out of curiosity.

The dead wax numbers are handwritten, A side:  ESP 1002 A, B side: ESPM1002 B.  I don’t have the booklet I understand it came with or the original inner sleeve.

Shipping is free but I will only ship to the 48 contiguous states.
