ESP Records 1002, recorded either July 1964. Disc has two non-sounding manufacturing shadows. Otherwise Mint condition. Burgundy type on grey label. This is the (musically) first edition of this record; it was later changed to include a different track in place of what appears here as Side B, track 1. Jacket is very strong. Faint wear to seams on front and back. Previous owner has written his 1971 date of acquisition on the upper left corner of back This is one of over 200 LPs being consigned on auction weekly between now and Spring 2007 from the well-kept and thorough collection of the late sculptor Bradford Graves, a key participant in the operations of New York performance space Soundscape. The collection ranges from Art Blakey to Han Bennink, with especially strong showings of Saturn, FMP, ICP, and US private pressings from the early Seventies. Some prizes and surprises in every batch.
