Description
Issued in the UK as a 12" on the Oak Sound label in 1982 with catalogue number of OSD 004. Both sides produced by Dillinger. This is a double A side with the Dillinger solo track listed as A and the Three Man side as AA. These three had already been together on a previous Oak Sound tune " Five Man Army". The Five Man Army has been re-issued in 2014, but this tune has never been re-issued or re-pressed. Mr Mikey is a fairly straightforward outing from Dillinger over the Bobby Babylon rhythm. The Three Man Side is a much harder rhythm using the Skylarking rhythm with the three voices combining in fine style. The vinyl is visually graded as VG+ with just a feint ring mark on both sides.....There are two tiny scratches on the Dillinger side, one makes no sound the other makes a tiny click on maximum two revolutions... Both labels are clean and mark free. Other than the two tiny faults on the Dillinger side both sides play with no faults.
