Description
This item is the 1959 LP from Folkways Records entitled The Pygmies Of the Ituri Rain Forest. The record contains 21 tracks of Pygmy songs. A 12-page booklet is included, with descriptions of what each song is about, as well as many photos of the people of the region. The record sleeve has some minor signs of aging and wear, but no tears, peel marks, seam splits, writing, or any other damage. The record has a few light scratches particularly on side one, but when I played this, nothing at all was noticeably distracting (just typical surface noise), and there were no skips whatsoever. The issue number of this item is Folkways FE 4457. Minimum bid is $5.00 with no reserve! Payment will be expected within 3 days of auction's close unless prior arrangements are agreed to.
