Wow! For those of you who don’t know, this is the original, mega-rare, never released UK library LP containing the super-sick funk nugget, ‘Tense Preparation’, which was reissued on the first ever ‘Dusty Fingers’ breakbeat comp. under the hyped-up title, ‘Abstractions’ by Perception. This track, & in fact the whole LP, is actually the work of celebrated UK library don, Nick Ingman, who was the main man behind ‘Moody (The Gentle Rain)’ & other dope UK projects. What many people don’t know, however, is that there’s another killer funk groove on this LP, ‘Under Pressure’, which, in my opinion, is even better than ‘Tense Preparation’!
