Offered for Sale is an Absolute Elsewhere lp "IN SEARCH OF ANCIENT GODS" lp.


The jacket promises "An Experience In Sound And Music" Based On The Books Of ERICH von DANIKEN. 


It has been said "IN SEARCH OF ANCIENT GODS" is a minor classic of spacey instrumental symphonic progressive rock, that will take you on a cosmic journey beyond your physical senses. 

I know from personal experience that's the way I spent the 70's. (I think)


It is on the Warner Brothers record label with the LP # AFL1 3542.


This is the ORIGINAL 1976 Warner Brothers lp, with the ORIGINAL inner sleeve. (plain white) 


This LP had never been played, (till now) but as a PROMO I received it open.  I play tested it and can say 100% that the record is primo.

 

 

Never the less, after 35 to 45 years of shifting around in boxes, wear does occur, so PLEASE check the photos for a clear picture of what you will be receiving.  I do not rate covers, only the vinyl itself.  Also, there may be minor scuffing marks, from the inner sleeve.  This IN NO WAY affects the sound, or I would not list it. There is also the possibility that the inner sleeve could have a slit on one or more of its sides. 


NOTE: I was a buyer for two different record chains in Hollywood, Ca.  As such, I received a couple of boxes of records a week, to entice me to buy.  More often than not, they were always open copies, and if you wanted to sell them to a used record store you could only get about a $1.00 cash, or $2.00 in trade for them.
