Description

This is one of the garments sold by Kerry Taylor auctions in London on the 23 June 2015 In the Passion For Fashion sale Lot 274 An original garment belonging to Anni Frid Lyngstad Frida of Abba late 1970s. A 1920s inspired black Devore velvet cocktail dress Probably by Janice Wainwright of voluminous cut. Anni Frid can be seen wearing the dress in the Belgian magazine Joepie in 1978. In  Terms of provenance the dress was given as a gift to Terry Neill the Arsenal football manager as a present for his daughters I will include a photocopy of the letter of provenance  for any purchaser of this dress
